They're very slow to respond
There was one not-so-pleasant moment. The broker did not reply to my messages for a long time, more than 2 days. This upset me a lot. The issue was urgent. Then he replied, but the impression was spoilt.

In general, in more than 2 years of working with the broker there was nothing critical. Quotes are stable. Support responds quickly, sometimes I would like it to be faster, but it's not bad as it is.
